Microsoft has launched a long-standing Microsoft Office 2010 final version.

I released the technical preview and beta version both months, and happily, I found a group of new features and fixes in the final version. To get started, Microsoft Office 2010 Home and Business Pack includes 5 apps, namely word Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Outlook. If you need to test more office apps, you can try Microsoft Office 2010 Professional Plus instead.
Except for the changes aside, the fact that the Microsoft Office has many special features in 2010 that we have already seen in the technical preview. In the word, in the context menu, for example, it has become very good and helps you see real-time changes after browsing through different options. Now you can add videos to your PowerPoint presentations, remove unusual messages from conversations in Outlook and apply small color charts inside cells in Excel spreadsheets. There are also tools to translate text, take and use screenshots and apply special effects on the pictures used in your documents. What’s more, Office 2010 now lets you save your documents on SkyDrive and share only online in two clicks.

Some changes to keep in mind
Like the appearance, all the Office 2010 apps have been modified slightly. They still maintain the interface of the “ribbon” – in more clearly, at least the style – but the office button has been converted into “file” and now displays a different pan. Not only does it include direct access to all document-related tasks, but also shows you detailed information about this document that you are currently working.
